It's so complex and detailed, and has USEFUL accessories. Not just random shitty fireblast. He can hold the damn Matrix with it exploding light! He has his buzzsaw! Flip shades! I absolutely think the extra details are worth the voyager pricepoint.
Deluxe doesn't have anything but his guns, no shades, no tool, no buzzsaw, and probably can't transform quite as tightly. It's far from a case of "voyager with a bunch of crap" we've seen with leaders like Shockwave and Astrotrain.
