I experienced (something like this) too! During converting to alt mode, one of his feet had a rough time folding at the heel/ankle; when pushed to fold all the way, it's like one of the knobs pushed out from the groove
When switch back to bot mode, folding the foot back out, pops right back into place like nothin wrong
