There is no pattern and no consistency. It could be any time of the day, you could get a couple restocks throughout the day or nothing for a few days. You could spend all day refreshing the page, go to the bathroom, and then come back to find that it went live and sold out in the time that you were gone.
That is why trying hunt this down has been so infuriating.
