I think some small retailers buy their stock from other stores... They try to note the figures in short supply and/or high demand and will go to Walmart, Toys R Us (or others) to buy out the stock...

This look worse in the Walmart photos than it did in the announcement I saw. I wonder if it has diecast. (I didn't actually read any articles). The feet do look like die cast.

Walmart sent me my order acknowledgement email for my Cosmos on July 21 at about 11am (eastern time), and I received the order on September 10.

Walmart is not great/consistent for pre-orders.

That 3rd party seller has been around for a while, so I gave it a shot.

Order was eventually cancelled. Got an e-mail notice from Walmart.

Not a Transformer -(sorry)- but apparently a 3rd party seller had (erroneously?) posted PS5 consoles (and console bundles) for $30 this morning.

If you buy direct from CMDstore, shipping is typically less than CMDstore's shpping through Walmart. Same as the cost of figures. It is more likely that Walmart adds a markup to third-party seller's...

Better to re-order it and cancel your pre-order, if you want one from Walmart.

I pre-ordered Earthrise Megatron from Walmart and relied on them sending it, even after it became generally available...
