I doubt thats the issue, like anything im sure its a shipping delay due to covid in other parts of the world, and the rep is just making stuff up.

Hasbro switched to using EAN barcodes from UPC with the Earthrise line, and Walmart stores are not handling it correctly. Perhaps a limit with therr systems.
