Other than that, I think there were some parts like that used in the Construct-a-bot...

If I remember correctly, (and this has been a LONG while) the pin is actually smooth on both ends, then a rough spot on each side, and then the middle is once again smooth.

And harvest its drill bit. More detailed than the standard...

Re: Customizing Q&A Thread

Considering it took an entire can of paint to do a single coat on everything on one side only. I think I'll have to make do with one coat on each side, and a third can in case I missed any spots.

Re: Customizing Q&A Thread

Not exactly Transformers related, but I'm doing my first painting custom. I'm surprised at how much spray paint it actually takes, and equally surprised at how good a single coat looks without even...

Re: Customizing Q&A Thread

I'd be a little reluctant to use that Mighty Putty stuff, or at least to touch it with your bare hands and handle it without a mask.

That stuff looks, feels, and smells the same as some industrial...

Thanks for that advice, but on closer inspection, both ends are textured on the shoulder pieces (that have the dino mode arms). I'm not worried about those arm...

I'm in the process of retrofitting an Armada Predacon figure into a Beast Wars Transmetal Megatron figure.

So far I've harvested everything usable from Transmetal...
