Because shipping is all messed up and no one knows when they'll get anything? Most dates are worst case scenarios probably cuz it's better to be shipping early than having customers hound you...

I think he meant that your CA order will actually be fulfilled from a warehouse in the US. I've had that happen before.

You're probably looking at a third party vendor's listing. If it's not "Sold by Amazon" then it's not the Amazon price.

Mine was Pitney Bowes. Cleared customs in Toronto on Feb 15. Then no updates until Mar 23 when it arrived in my city in BC in the morning and delivered later that day

Haha, make sure you use the $44.99 sold by Amazon and not the ridiculous $79.99 third party seller if you're picking him up. Though looks like end of March delivery date.

To get free shipping you either need to do the return and pick a response that give free shipping (IE Performance or Quality not Adequate)

Or you can chat with the online rep and ask for a price...
