Yes there is, the toy is the same, it's made from the same mold, it isn't even really a KO except Takara Tomy isn't getting the money for it.

You people are being foolish. It's clearly in a KO...

Except it's clearly in a KO box and it's identical tot he real McCoy anyway. What is your point? I can tell the difference between a KO box and an official release.

Except the seller never claimed to be passing it off as official. He can certainly pass it off as real, because the toy is real, it exists.

And again, you'd be wrong. Ira was the primary Producer behind DS9 and he had no interaction with JMS.

The only thing he was told was to make a starbase centered Star Trek and that's what he did.

And again, I've read several articles stating they didn't steal the idea. Did they create a similar one based of JMS? Sure, but a good deal of what Ira Steven Behr did was not copying JMS.

They didn't actually steal the idea from Babylon 5, Deep Space Nine was already in the works before J.Michael Strajinski was involved.

Even that aside, Deep Space Nine did it better than Babylon...
