I kind of assume that’s what happened to my preorders, as well. Which is fine for me, as I got everything from CMD anyway.

They’re still having supply issues. I know my location was shorted on Vertebreak.

Customer service must vary tremendously by location.

I’ve always had someone at the local shop answer on the second ring, know exactly which new preorders I’m talking about, and always bend over...
