Correct. Listen to delrue, people!

Here, here and it’s true, oh it’s damn true!

There was an article I read when the U.S stores closed how it was actually a profitable company at one point with between $400 to $600 million in sales annually that was saddled with debt and loans against it to liquidate the cash out of the company. By the end they were spending $400 million just to service the ridiculous debt. Here’s a different article touching on some of the same points:

I was wondering if Bain Capital would be mentioned, and of course they were! They're the bloodusckers that killed a few other companies in the US, KB Toys being the second biggest if memory serves correctly.

Targets in the states are getting T-wrecks figures now, and Americans can buy em in store without the red card apparently.

If Canada's getting him I expect him to pop up in TRUs soon.

ToysRus US was 5 billion dollars in debt from an acquisition in 2005 and declared bankruptcy... explain to me again how shareholders tanked a company stricken with debt and ran away with a bunch of money?

Toss in employee severances, cost of closing stores... toss in competition from Amazon and other online retailers...

Dude, the above linked article is but one place to start. Google some others up. It's a shady fucking "business practice."

Like, you've already been provided with a source but instead of reading it, you spout off
