I have an older order that is fine. I think I had used a coupon. Like $25 off or something. Maybe that is why

They didn't give you a reason? Personally, I'd take it up with them if they canceled your copy with a rebate on it.

Just the usual generic email. I checked and yeah I had the $25 off coupon applied. I messaged them and asked them to apply it coupon to the other order.

pretty sure they'll tell you they can't issue coupons but will give you a 10% discount that expires in the next 30 days or something.
