Post what you just transformed, or what you last transformed - Specific figure, and what mode to what mode.

Feel free to post a picture, though not necesssary.
Also welcome discussion on issues or thoughts on the transformation process.

I think Kingdom Cheetus was the last one?
Got a real bad copy though, from the thrift shop
- cheetah hood mini-tab pre-sheared off
- cheetah neck joint piece broke clean in half while pulling out from bot chest; good thing it holds in place in both modes despite that
- cheetah chest halves wouldn't close properly, keep popping open like (trying to stuff a size 12 foot, into a size 10 shoe)

Figure NF can be the bot mode forever, and Kingdom in cat mode for fiddling, since cat mode IS the best thing about it
Though this so junk (broken head, visibly not flush chest halves) may toss it for a better one

Cool thread! I took the title literally, so I'll say the last time I actually Transformed in real life.

It was in my Ultra-Magnus costume, prolly at TFcon many many years ago. FRom robot to car carrier and back.

Just opened my cw devastator for first time and combined it. Frickin huge.

TR Galvatron - from robot to cannon mode. Also been doing some paint pen touchups to the treads and collar areas.

SS86 Blurr. Opened him up last night.

Got stress marks on his calves just under his knees because the flip out part of his shins are so damn tight.
