KO or Authentic?

I am looking to buy a Real USB device label ravage. I came across this ad: http://m.ebay.ca/itm/271552816384?nav=SEARCH

It claims to be authentic but I am still unsure. What do you guys think?

I have the KO version here in my hands. The Decepticon logo is light blue and the eyes are not painted. But I don't think that proves anything. They seem to be using a stock photo to advertise the auction. Unless you get a real in hand photo, I would assume its fake. Lots of KOs sold out of HK these days. Check if he sells other KOs. That might lead you to the answer.

If the seller has other KO items, it could mean he is a legit seller as well, because he labeled them as KO.
