Edit: Kool Toyz still has the purple chest Bombshell up for pre-order, so, I'm at least slightly less "/Irritated."

Damn. That price is way too steep though. $550 is killer for figures that small.

Short Summary: I don't think it's ever going to get any better, only worse... :/

Yes, I can't say I disagree, but when you look at the cost of them used, especially FT-12, or all 3 together, they still sell for more used then that. :(


Also, since the non-toy FT-12 set is already sold out everywhere that has them up on their website, I doubt the reissue will do anything to lower that used price.

Could they do a reissue again later? Who knows, but when you look at overall pricing trends and the fact that Transformers have been around since '84 and are still going strong, I don't think that trend is going change direction any time soon.

I also have very little faith that Takara will ever make them, or if they do, I'll be in a nursing home by the time they announce them. :/
