Do they ask for a signature or just leave it at the door? They have very little tracking information it seems.

If DHL aren't trying to charge extra "brokerage fees" as they are notorious for, they typically just leave items at the door... sometimes with a text or email notification later saying they delivered it if they have your correct contact details. Never had to sign off on anything with them.

With Intelcom, you'll usually get emails and/or texts when the item is out for delivery, close by, and then delivered. Sometimes they knock when they drop it off, but usually you just get a final email with a picture of the package sitting on your step. I've never had to sign anything from them,

And compared to someone like Amazon who, at least in my experience usually take until the evening to deliver things, I've found that both DHL and Intelcom typically get things delivered way earlier in the day as well. But I'm sure that varies from city to city.

Thanks for the info. DHL eCommerce works a bit differently, as they pass it off to a local company...For my EBay its Canada Post, for Hasbro Pulse it is Intelcom this time. Since we prepay tax on our Hasbro Pulse orders its already covered, but with my EBay stuff, it always gets dinged with customs if using DHL eCommerce....they hold it for 3 extra days to pay tax online....then if not paid, sent out and invoiced via a CBSA/CanadaPost invoice for the same amount.

Thanks for your info on how Intelcom works in Canada. I'm in Toronto, if anything is different ill post about it.

Cheers!

Re: Hasbro Pulse Transformers Sightings

So my Hasbro Pulse item delivered by Intelcom with an Intelcom label on the box. Door knocked but no photo was taken of the parcel at the door. Out for delivery at 8:15 am, delivered by 4:30pm.
