sick and tired of these bundled packs that have 1 character that I want and the rest is just a waste of money.

Yeah it sucks. That said, finding people to split with and/or selling the other figures might not be too bad:

The Bumblebee will be popular given how limited the Netflix release was here, and that this one is a more yellow-yellow rather than orange-yellow . Not sure the demand for the BW figures though the toy color Black Arachnia is unique so likely has some demand.

It could really be more of a "have to keep Primal to have Fangry" situation. Still sucks, but a bit less than a 3-1 ratio.

I wouldn't mind that pack if I found it on sale. I'm not a BW collector but I could go for a Nemesis Primal. I really like the Cliffjumper mold, so that's fine. (would still love to get a NF Bee, though). Only Blackarachnia I really don't want. Fangry just reminds me that I don't have Grotusque. Conflicted feelings!

It seems that everyone wants a different figure from this pack, so it'll probably be fairly easy to either sell the ones you don't want or buy the ones you do want.

I agree, I have minimal interest in the BW figures. I got the Fangry Titan Master a day before this was leaked so Im also really wanting Fangry. The only other one I might want is the Bee. I prefer Cliffjumper as a character, but the fact this is a remold of Cliffy makes me want it too.

I'd be interested in the Nemesis Primal. Neat colour scheme.
That said, I wouldn't want to pay elevated voyager prices for it. It's standing next to a deluxe, and they're both about the same height. Primal is puny for a voyager.
Also, Blackarachnia would be neat to have. I would prefer to get the more show accurate coloured version, but I have yet to see her in the wild. That was literally my only "must buy" of the whole Kingdom line.
I've got zero interest in Fangry, and that Bumblebee is the cliffjumper mold, which is weird.

Actually all 4 in this set are very interesting to me! Personally for me there's something to like about all of them (even the Bumblebee since I lack the Netflix one sadly). That being said though, I do wish these were all just packed separately and were part of the regular Kingdom releases. I'm certain this set will prove difficult to get ahold of.

Given time some, if not all, of these will probably be released individually too. Fangry probably in the "G1 retro packaging" I imagine.

Where's this set meant to be available in Canada? Online only?

Bumblebee's the only one I'm not particularly interested in.
