I purchased the Siege Refraktor 3 pack from Trailcutter, and I have to say, I was very pleased with the transaction. The item was, IMO, fairly priced including the shipping and it was well packed and arrived very promptly. Trailcutter's communication was also great and very timely, so that was deeply appreciated on my end as well.


However, some personal matters struck me after I received the package, and I was not able to come onto the site for a while, as I was out of town for a period of time. Nonetheless, Trailcutter still cared enough about the transaction to send me a message inquiring if the package arrived at my residence. Though it still took me a while to see the message and send him a reply after that, the fact that he did send such a message deeply touched me and spoke to me about him going an extra mile as a seller.
