For Christmas, I bought the French version of Scrabble Twist for my wife. Very fun game, except for one thing: the integrated dictionary is incredibly incomplete. The game rejects tons of perfectly good French words. So early in the January, I called Hasbro to explain the situation. They offered to send me a new game of similar value. Two weeks later, we got... another French Scrabble Twist (plus a cheap non-electronic Battleship). I called them again. "Excuse me, but you sent us the exact same game with the exact same issues. We thought you were going to send ANOTHER game of similar value..." They apologized and offered to send another game. I made a few suggestions to be sure. The next week, we got their parcel: another French Scrabble Twist! We ended up giving away the 2 extra ones. Should I try to get another one?
