Well it's fine line between 3rd party and KO. The Custom office in Hong Kong may only see KO.

I think the problem might be that they clearly sold KOs as well as third party stuff.

Sad news... but I dodged a bullet, I guess. I was very seriously contemplating ordering a couple Quakewaves off their site until very recently.
