Ok, so initially I was focusing my collection purchases on the 84-86 Cartoon, but had left out Season 4's newcomers. I have decided I want to include them now and am trying to compile a list of who was in S4 and the last few episodes of S3
Heres a list I made, If I am missing any please let me know, and if some of these never actually appeared in the cartoon, again lmk.

Monsterbots and Duocons were not featured in the episodes. They had animated parts in their tv commercials, which may have appeared in the Season 4 (or 'season 5') show starting.

Yea, I just finished watching rebirth and noticed I did not see the Monsterbots at all in the show. I did notice as you said Duocon Flywheels in the intro.
Seeing as I only collect 'toon toys this crosses off 5......although I'm kinda drawn to the duocons. Whats your opinion of the actual toy? Just watched a yt review on them, kinda cheesy, gimmicky.

Re: Help - 1987 Toyline ->US Cartoon
The Throttle Bots and The two combiners were featured in season 3.
Mosterbots and Duocons never made it to the screen.
Those two cassettes are also season 3..Call of the Primitives.
I didn't looks but I think you went off the toy catalogue, if so you list makes sense. BUT once again the Duocons and the Mosterbots were never on the show. (outside of the opening credits.)

I only saw a duocon once, and they look quite unpos-able, even for G1 standards. Kinda like Battlechargers not even having good looking (or even normally movable) arms; this was at the bottom of G1 posablity.
I recommend, keep them off the list, but on a 'B' list, and consider it only after you have all the A list in hand.

Thats basically what I've decided. These guys go roughly for around $15, if I happen to see them for less then 10 then I'll grab them, if not they can certainly wait.
I guess the only negative of season 4 collecting is the prices/condition. With S1-S3 I've got the options of reissues or even hiQ KO's on most of them. Afaik this not an option with any of the S4 cast. I prefer shiny and new over vintage but at decent costs. Time to suck it up I guess, cuz I'm suddenly loving HM/TM toys! At least I've already got TFC Kup TM, as well as S4 cast mate P/CP (who I was going to sell before I watched S4, not now!)
