Universe Blaster upgrade WIP

Hey guys. So I've been working on a new head and weapon for the Universe Blaster repaint. I just finished modeling most of the details, and wanted to share and get feedback on the head.

There will be about 2-3 versions of this. One version for the Universe repaint. And then two versions, deluxe and voyager, for customisers who are looking for an actual Blaster style head for their projects. This version will be available straight from shapeways, and come with a neck joint.

The head will have two faces, a flip down visor, and an updated weapon based off the G1 toy. Anyways, let me know what you guys think.

I don't have a problem with the Universe Blaster head, but I also have no problem replacing it with a work of art like this!

I almost didn't get him! Luckily I found one still for sale last month.



Here is a look at the gun. I took the original design and tried to modernize it. I felt the hole in the center could be some fusion core or something that generates the ammo for the gun. I'm in the process of adding the final details. But let me know what you guys think, especially if there is something that doesn't work with the design.
