Big Filipino
Recommended to me by CobraCommander, Big Filipino was wandering around TFCon2009 with extra Target TFA Sunstorms/Shockwaves. He was nice enough to wait a couple of minutes with CobraCommander while I was wandering around in the panel room, and sold me his last Purple Shockwave.
