I got the missing part for my BH Wheeljack, but now that I have him, I don't know how to take it off the arm and put it to the Wheeljack that had his arm/pin missing without actually breaking the figure itself

Figure out which side of the pin has the "grip" on it and push from the other side with a small screwdriver or nail.

What do you by the "grip"?

It looks rough in texture compared to smooth

Yeah but I have black grip around the pin. I circled the black grip around the pin

That looks like it might be a break-away joint. Don't try to just force separate unless you know for sure though. Those pins have to be pulled rather than pushed. I think it would be difficult. Can you replace the entire arm?

I would say you undo that screw you have in that pic, and swap the part from there. It's honestly too much trouble to switch at the pin part.

I can replace the arm by unscrewing, but the thing is the arm has that pin is loose at the joint, I mean it's not tight, how do I make it more tighter?
