Took a trip to Buffalo yesterday, and picked up a couple of blu-rays, Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows pt 2 3D, Captain America, and ROTF Big Screen Edition from Wal-mart all at great prices. Also picked up a Gears of War 3 and Batman Arkham City t-shirts. Merry early X-mas for me!

For the sneakerhead in me, this is what I've been waiting for: Air Jordan XI "Concords". Nine pairs.


No intention of scalping...although I could make a wad of cash from it. Two pairs for me, one for g/f, one for (future) child, the rest for my wedding party + ring bearer. Off to shop for an engagement ring now! [ yup I do things backwards!]

DCUC Wave 19 Sandman and Lord Naga arrived just before Christmas! I am looking forward to completing the C&C S.T.R.I.P.E for this wave! The leg that came with Sandman is taller than he is, so 'ol S.T.R.I.P.E is gonna be huge!

Today's meager haul:

A new pillow at 3$ from Wal-Mart Made in Canada, so I'm hoping it lasts a while like my last pillow.

LEGO City Jet Ski Polybag set. Apparently the TRU at Polo Park has Jack All when it comes to TFs, no deluxes, no voyagers, no nothing! What a perfectly good waste of a trip. At least Regent TRU has a smorgasboard of Bumblebee to choose from. Not much better, but at least it's something. And Polo used to be the go to place for massive stock on TFs. Peg space there has been reduced to one or two rows compared to the Aisle Long row at Regent. Bitter, bitter, bitter.

Oh well, at least I've got my much nicer, no-longer sweat stained piece of shite pillow.
