Smartphones

I'd like to know what smartphone (Android) is awesome (not interested in getting a iPhone or a Blackberry)

I'm leaning towards a Galaxy S or a Galaxy Note - anyone have these phones?

Gimme some ideas - used to have a HTC Touch Diamond but lost it during the long Victoria Day weekend (I use Telus BTW, considering switching to another service like Koodo or Virgin Mobile except Bell. Which is one of my 2012 resolutions) ...And I'm stuck with my vanilla LG245 (still have it, thankfully customer support was able to get back my SIM). Want to upgrade to a new phone, thanks.

I own a Galaxy Nexus, and think its the greatest phone that ive every had. I large hands and the screen on the Iphone ( which I also owned ) was just a little too small. The Nexus screen is the perfect size for texting and watching shows. The camera on it is great, made me get ride of my old camera. Battery life is good, just remember that the more you play games and watch videos the battery won't last as long. Hope it helps you decide on a new phone. Good Luck

I have the Galaxy S, and it is a great phone, it does everything I need it to do.

That said, the Galaxy Nexus is vastly superior. It is "the" Android phone of the moment.

Also, buy spare batteries. (suck it iPhone ) I kid, but seriously, extra batteries have saved me on those long days when a wall plug or computer just isn't there.

The Galaxy S III is launching mid-June. I am getting one!

North America will get a duel core version for 4G LTE. The rest of the world will get a quad core....
