I'll check again next week, apparently there WAS an order for around the end of Nov. but it was CANCELED.

I was at TRU a week ago, and was told more single carded and sets were coming in two weeks. Unless this order was in regards to stock that is already in Canada. I guess I'll see if I can get back there next week to find out.

Anyone having any luck getting information on the fate of G.I. Joe in Canada?

I spoke to the "stock guy" at my local TRU and while he didn't have any specific information he certainly seemed like he was expecting more singles to come in eventually.

For the Edmonton GI Joe Hunters:

Comic King has a huge shipment of 25th GI joes that came in yestersay (I saw the boxes of them on the floor). I am unsure how much they are gonna charge for them, but it is something to consider if you are looking for a particular joe.

As well, Collectors Edge, Metropolis Toys, and Some collector store in Capilano mall are also selling Joes.
