Not weakest, but well rounded.
You have a former employee of Hasbro who has worked in the various angles of how the business worked: From design, to development, to intellectual property, and so on. That's Aaron Archer.
You have Voice Actors and a Voice Director who gives insight to how animation works from both inside and outside of the booth, share stories of their colleagues and lives, and give advice to future actors and directors who want to get into the industry. That's Garry Chalk, Neil Kaplan, and Susan Blu.
You also got talented people who bring the fiction to life through their art. Who advise you the benefits and drawbacks of the business. Their point of references for their stories or characters, what books they've read, what art they've seen, and gives you accessibility to commissions, hang out, or even give advise on how to master your craft. That's Sarah Stone and Andrew Griffith.
There's honestly more guests to come, but you have guests who are catering to the general preferences of the Fans. There are people who are interested in the toy business. There are people who are interested in the Voice Actors. And, there are people who are there to get art. It may be weak to your preference, but in the big scheme of things, the guest list is for everyone, not one specific group or individual. There is no such thing as a weak guest list, but how well-rounded and accessible they are to fans.

Archer has done amazing things for the business and fiction. His wiki entry will give you a brief idea of what he did, and hey, look, he does art things of many TF characters:
