Alt Prowl for under a million bucks?

I am having a LOT of problems finding an extra Alt Prowl MIB, and was wondering if anyone here has tips where to find one for a reasonable price. And by reasonable, I mean in the $40-$60 or even $70 range - not the insane $90-$200 + $25 shipping range I keep seeing all over eBay.

I knew that Alts like Mirage, Wheeljack & Nemesis Prime have become price-jacked hot ticket items, but I'm still trying to figure out exactly when it was that Prowl also got so ridiculously rare.

Anyway, if someone has some tips, they would be appreciated. Thanks!

Most people will only sell him or trade him for another rarer Alt or Transformers item, simply because of the intrinsic value.

How much is he going for really? I got one for $65 US MISB, but it got a moderate dent while being shipped (guy didn't use ANY insulation!). I actually consider myself lucky to get it.

You gotta scour around the TFW boards. One guy was selling Loose alts at $15, and it was mostly sold out witihn 30 minutes.

If only Hasbro listens to us or looks at the secondary market...sigh.
