Just my two cents. I have to warn everyone contemplating purchasing an item from sears and if this is for a gift beware. The box might arrive destroyed (whether shipped to your home/or to another sears location) and you'll have to deal with terrible customer service.

When I was there, last time I ordered a Lego set, I noticed that they simply jam inter-company shipments within these big pastic crates, with no regard to the items' contents. The last LEGO set I ordered as a gift had holes, tears, dents and when I went to my local sears store to pick it up, they were pretty indifferent to it all and later I found out that they did not reimburse the shipping charge.

And they wonder why they are losing sales to every other retailer. Don't need a high priced MBA exec to figure that out, but they'll hire one anyways with no luck figuring out the basics of sales.

this made me laugh as yours is actually intact and has minimal damage to the item, so they shipped it in a bag I have seen a lot worse and had worse happen to me.

Walmart likes putting the shipping labels right on the box too at least they bagged it. I guess you don't open your toys.
