Thanks Dude... it's a bit tricky but hopefully it should work out in the end.

Thanks Buhawi... it's only 85% done, I still have to finish adding one more part. I'll post a pic up soon.

Putty Filler!

So currently I'm using "Tamiya Putty White" for really small gaps and holes.
- What do I use for big holes???
- Is there a different brand or putty I should use?
- also is there a faster drying putty out there

Thanks Colin, I'm guessing that would be bondo here. I'll head over to the hardware store and pick some up. Thanks mate!

By the way.... with all the chips that I have grinded off, can I add super-glue with it and use it as a filler? Has anyone tried this??

Re: Classics Shockwave - G1 homage

Update:

So today I worked on attaching the G1 Leg panel to the Energon legs. Had to trim away the tank treads, glue the panels on and fill most of the area around it with styrene. Then came the pain in the @$$ of filling every gap with bits of styrene, hot glue and tamiya putty. I'll add pic's later once the putty drys.

Also the gun has been painted black and will have a dry brush silver done over it.

*note to self... do all putty work outside next time. Boy do I have a major headache now from the fumes.
