I could see them making a TFA Shafter from the Bluster or Trench mold, perhaps with the head that DJW designed for him. Guess it's just a rule that Huffer should become Shafter. XD

(unless if someone like Mech Ideas actually wants to make TFA Erector in a full brand new mold)

I would be happy with just one of the G2 color not-Stunticons per year. Maybe do black Drag Strip next. Black is always popular, and my wallet would not attempt to kill me in my sleep for buying it.

While I generally feel the Shafter as a TFCon exclusive has gotten old, I'd probably buy this as a Mech Ideas exclusive just to have another Animated figure.

Any number of companies are making Dinobots... A green repaint would be nice on any of them. I would even like it on the upcoming KFC Slag cassette.

A metallic recolor of Tempest would be nice as Anarchy.

For something more original... X-Transbots Ollie done as ehobby Dion would be super cool.

Honestly, I don't think TFCon should redo any more of their ideas. I don't want to see them turn into BotCon where they just recycle the same ideas over and over. The only possible idea I'd maybe like to see revisited is if someone made a Toxin figure. But it would have to be the right colors(unlike last years faux-Toxin/Dark CODE) and would have to come with a cobra headmaster(either rerelease of the original or a new mold). Which seems unlikely.

But I'd much rather see them tackle something different. I would love to see an ambitious multi-year, multi-location set:
TFCON Toronto 2015 Simba
TFCON Chicago 2015 Scar
TFCON Toronto 2016 Clump and Pardo
TFCON Chicago 2016 Tankhorn and Shado
TFCON Toronto 2017 Shriek and Thump
TFCON Chicago 2017 Buzzbeak and Horror-Bull

In case you can't guess, it would be a pair of 3rd party Predaking repaints. The Toronto set would be based on the Anibots, who were a group of Autobot animal Transformers who were cut from the early drafts of the '86 movie which eventually become the inspiration for the original Predaking. I imagine they would be colored like some Beast Wars characters, thus appealing to both G1 and BW collectors. Simba(Razorclaw) would be colored after Lio Convoy. Clump(Headstrong) would be Rhinox. Pardo(Rampage) would be Cheetor. Shriek(Divebomb) would be Airazor. And Thump(Tantrum) would be Bonecrusher. They wouldn't necessarily be the same BW characters. They could be their ancestors. Or maybe they would be those BW characters who travel back(forward?) in time to G1. It'd be up to whoever writes the fiction.

While the Chicago(or other location, if they're still there the following years) exclusives would basically just be your average black repaints, much like this years exclusive. Maybe with a healthy helping of purple. A Nemesis-style Predaking. Though they could have some slight color scheme variance from each other to homage what they're named after. A bit of orange for Scar(Lion King). Maybe a little blue for Tankhorn(Tankor) or silver/green for Predacon Rhinox. Yellow/gold for Shado(w Panther). Some yellow/red for Buzzbeak. And some teal/pink for Horror-Bull(Horri-Bull).
