That's the Wukong KO Grimlock. It's a replica of MP-8. Same size.

That is supposedly the Collection Kingdom version (same company that did KO MP-10).

But there is no real proof of bigger scale other than a picture that showed up on Taobao labeled with 28cm as the height on a picture of MP-8 and a really badly translated description claiming its basically in progress.
