Your Top Hasbro | Top 3rd Party

Sup all! I'm looking to see what other awesome molds I've missed in my collection. If it's within your top figs it has to be good right? lol

TWO RULES :
1. Can we please not call out Masterpiece bots? They are all great but I'm hoping to find some unknown bots I've missed.

2. You must HAVE OR HAD it part of your collection!

Here's my list:

Hasbro:
RID: Optimus Prime
Animated: Shadow Blade Megatron
Generations Voyager Springer

3RD Party:
FP Smart Robin
PE Warden
MMC Azalea

I'm looking forward to your top figures and hopefully will peak my and others interests.

Thanks for your feedback!

Ok, apart rom MPs

Hasbro

Prime FE Bulkhead. Best troy in the line IMO

3rd Party

Cubex Huff. Yeah he feels fragile (mine hasn't stress in 5+ transformations) and yeah the light purple paint flakes easy, but Huff just 'fits' with my MPs and is fun.

Re: Your Top Hasbro | Top 3rd Party

3P - MMC Feral Rex completed
Hasbro - ...hmm...What stood out to me this year? I'll come back to this one
Takara - Don't have yet but very much looking forward to Ultra Magnus and Bee should be coming with him, but Magnus I am more excited for. So...guess that doesn't really count because I don't actually know the answer yet.

Ok. If TF Prime First Edition Prime came out this year, then that would be my Hasbro choice.

He's a runner up for me. Along with his wave mate TFP FE BUlkhead.

Human Alliance Jazz
Binaltech Smokescreen or alternator if you insist. I have both.

and a huge tie between ROTF leader Optimus Prime and DOTM leader Sentinel Prime.

edit:
Actually any HA or Alt/BT would be high up there.

Re: Your Top Hasbro | Top 3rd Party

My list is a little different because I don't own any 3rd party figures but here's my top 5 anyway:

Hasbro:

1. DOTM Leader Sentinel Prime
2. Generations (Thrilling 30) Leader Jetfire
3. Generations Deluxe Kickback

Takara:

1. Gaia Unicron AM-19

Revoltech Yamaguchi:

1. Hot Rodimus Series No. 047

^

Leader Sentinel Prime is where Hasbro peaked. All downhill from there concerning the mainlines.

Sadly, I can only imagine what Leader Jetfire could have been... then again classics is not a mainline. sigh.

Re: Your Top Hasbro | Top 3rd Party

Way to many to choose from IMO I don't think I could pick just a few especially if we are going back into previous years. I'll go with the Prime line

1) FE Prime
2) FE Bulkhead
3) War Breakdown/Silas Breakdown

3rd Party
1) Hexatron
2) Mania King
3) TFC Ares

Re: Your Top Hasbro | Top 3rd Party

Hasbro:

Gotta go with the Classics/Henkei Jetfire mold. Still regret selling off both Henkei Jetfire and Dark Skyfire when I purged everything but Masterpiece and G1 from my collection. So big and chunky and full of G1 homage, ratchety goodness. This is the mold that brought me back to the plastic crack in 2006.

3P:

The only 3P figures I own are ArtFire 'Bee and Quakewave (one sucks and one is worth its weight in gold...you do the math) so do add-ons count?

If so I was quite impressed with the FWI-01 add-on for HFTD Leader class Starscream. So impressed that I toyed (see what I did there?) with finding the FWI-04 add-on for ROTF Leader class Optimus before I settled on the Amazon Jet Wing Prime.
