The Masterpiece Appreciation and Speculation Thread

FP has not made a masterpiece scale figure just their quality is FT level and I for one believe that they are both the top contenders in the 3rd party market with MMC Toyworld and PE closely behind I still have yet to check out Badcube/Cubex , KFC or Unique Toys/DX9 .

But if you want to check out some FP Diamonds then there Dinos are awesome and I personally love Steelcore

I hope FP enters the masterpiece scale market because it will drive prices down and quality up. More competition and choices are a good thing.

Now, if can get my grubby hands on MP Magnus, I will be set. These awesome in hand pics of him are making me drool.

My MP magnus should be here Monday or Tuesday. I can't wait to get him. I move next month so to finally be able to unbox the rest of my mp collection and have them all on display is going to be awesome.

I share your pain on that one. All my stuff has been in storage for 3 months now and I move next month too. I can't wait to do the massive re-unboxing. I opened up MP 21 and fiddled then just placed him back in the box. I think I just got my 9 year old niece hooked on MPs. :-)

You're in the same boat as me by the sounds of it. My entire collection has been packed up since September and put in storage. We get the keys to our new home end of next month and the past few months wheeljack and bumblebee have arrived. I can't wait to be moved in and get the collection room set up then finally have the MP's all together again. In a way it will be exciting to fiddle with all the figs I havent seen in months.

Hasbro has released an MP Seeker for the past two years. It's an easy money grab for them so I'm expecting them to see another one this year. I'm anxiously waiting to see if and who they will be releasing this year. I'm hoping for a Skywarp, if so it will most likely have a different paint application than the recent Takara Chinese exclusive. I'm also hoping for a new character like Bitstream, Hotlink, or Redwing.
