I found chips, naturally blue corn. 3% sodum - to really good. I like a lower sodium chip myself. Cooked in canola/sunflower oil it appears to be free of any of your mentioned sensitivities. Avocados and lime acquired, garlic roasted, Just need salt pepper and of course the bowl.
I am starting to think I am lactose intollerant myself as anytime I have milk or icecream I get real terrible gas. if I drink too much milk, my guts get quite unhappy. I bought some lactase pills because I'm not giving up dairy.
