Re: Revenge of the Fallen Superion and Bruticus Released
It never surprises me how much the mark up is from actual cost of making an item to how much the consumer pays. Way back in another life I use to work at the golden arches and I got a hold of a sheet of paper that told me how much each food item cost to make ... would you believe cheese burgers cost a quarter to make and that extra large pop 15cents. Talk about bending you over and bring out the gimp (Sorry pulp fiction reference.)
But I guess that's the point. Push the consumer till it hurts.

I think we need to accept the fact that as Canadians we pay more for just about everything.
Gas, food, vehicles, and just about everything else. Don't forget taxes too..
The good part is that it doesn't cost us $12,000+/yr for health insurance.
Having said all of that... $60 for this set burns my ass.

Re: Revenge of the Fallen Superion and Bruticus Released
The CDN dollar is like at $0.92/3 USD cents so if its $29.99 USD then its like $33 CDN. Add shipping/whatever markup and I think a reasonable price would be $39.99 - $44.99.

Ah, but you forgot the privilage of buying their product fee...the fee usually varies between "what ever they gosh darn want" and "Brace your self you won't be able to sit down for a week."

I don't think Bruticus has been spotted in Canada yet, but I might be wrong. Might just be that the set hasn't been sighted in Ontario.
