TF4 TV spot question

In one of the new Transformers adverts, I don't know which spot it was because there is so many to keep count off and I saw it on the TV. But it has Lockdown saying to someone, I think it is Stinger, but I'm not sure.

"Do you think you were born. You were built and they want you back."

Is it one of the Cybertronian's? I thought it was Stinger, since he is now a con somehow. Maybe he starts building awareness and thinks he is like the rest of those on Cybertron?

It wouldn't make sense if it was a original Cybertronian unless Bay is using the cold constructed/built part of IDW lore? If so, 'who' would be this person? And who do you think Lockdown is speaking to?

Since there was more of an open discussion on FB on this. Someone brought up a good point. This movie maybe taking points from G1 concerning the Quintessons. The quote could be towards Cybertronian's like in G1 when they thought they were born (which is brought up in the first 3 movies) but then find out it was a lie and they were built thus following G1 lore. (according to the 4th movie)
