My first Complete Nes Reproduction

Well complete in the way that I burned the eproms, soldered and wired it in. Cleaned the donor cart. And acquired a reproduction label.

Re: My first Complete Nes Reproduction

Hell Yeah... What would be the point of making a game that didn't work.

I've also done, but am waiting for labels.

Robocop Vs Terminator, Good, but a hard learning curve.
Hit The Ice, One of the better Hockey Games.
Secret Ties, Its ok, Ninja Gaiden Clone.
Recca Pure, Intense Vertical Shooter. But its the modded version, so its bit easier.
Final Fantasy 3 with working battery. I'm 3/4 through it. Really nice English translation.

I have about another 30 snes boards prepped and 10 nes boards prepped. Just waiting on eproms, eeproms and labels.

Re: My first Complete Nes Reproduction

Nothing special on the inside. I do however use 18 gauge vs the recommended 20 or 22. Makes for a tighter fit. But using a heavier gauge allows me to avoid other issues. Namely voltage resistance. I know that sounds funny. But i've heard of other people having leg happening, which results in a slow or glitch game.

My problem is finding good clean donor boards.
I'll do a picture of a more intresting one.

The Devil World is just a drop in exact pin match to the pcb. No pin to wire to pcb soldering.

Re: My first Complete Nes Reproduction

Actually it makes good sense to me, a thicker gauge is always (generally) better.

Re: My first Complete Nes Reproduction

I forgot to mention that I will be selling these.
I've added information to my sig.

For Tekkamanraiden

Sad part is most of the work is hidden.
