MP Soundwave was delivered today. Opened it, everything looks fine until I was transforming Buzzsaw...



It is missing the head!

With the scarcity of the set I don't think there is hope for an exchange. I'm screwed.

Well, at least the paint is better on yours than mine. The only thing I can suggest is contacting Hasbro and see if they can send you a replacement.

I feel your frustration,,,especially after you hand over hard earned cash Hasbro if they had any integraty, should come good but best the'll do is offer an exchange and if there out of Soundy well your on the short side....This is another example of vary poor Qc issues it really seems hasbro is more worried about cash than its reputation for producing fine toys and standing behind there product.... recently (yesterday) picked up metroplex plastic isn't the quality I was expecting more like ko.... joints are loose etc..no where near the quaility of G1 fortmax I am a little taken back.

Seeing what happened with your figure, makes me think on how all of my MISB Takara MP figures are like. I guess it's like "Schrödinger's" figure. Is he actually mint? I guess I'll never know.
