Titan-ing Wars, maybe?

We could have hammerhead (hammer)
Nailer (dewalt nailgun)
Ratchet ( racthet wrench ;p)
Phillip (star screwdriver)
Robert ( square screwdriver)
Needles (needlenose pliers)
Viselock (visegrips)
Flameblast (blowtorch)
Tubes (pipe cutters)
Wrench (pipewrench)
And Metric (tape measure)

remember not to over tighten metal screws on plastic, you can easily strip the threads.

Re: Transformer screwdrivers?

It would be great if Home Depot sold them but I find their selection varies from store to store.

So I'm looking for a JIS driver? The amazon link is dead (they're all sold out) and if I can't source it locally, I'll have to go the ebay route.

How about sizes, is there a 'one does it best' size? Most of these sets are expensive.

Hank, are those asian dollarstores in Vancouver?

Thanks for all the tips and phrasing

Daiso is located in the aberdeen centre in Richmond which is south of Vancouver. A set comes with 3 flat heads and 2 phillips I believe, and will set you back $2.24 after tax. You could give it a try if you're ever in town

Re: Transformer screwdrivers?

I hate to ask, but what makes a JIS driver that much different than a smaller Phillips? They're the same basic shape, aren't they? I'm worried about stripping screws, but to be honest when I did some work on Soundwave I just used an appropriately sized small Phillips.
