You know, The Megatron figure actually built up my expectations for what to expect from this line, but the more I see, the more disappointed I get. I can only hope that the deluxe figures are decent

Ya, wow, that Prime looks horrible. I guess they couldnt get any better than the ROTF Leader and Voyager Primes so they just went back down. I think it's the fake chest and the HUGE gas tanks off the sides of the truck mode that really kill this figure for me. I could care less about the giant weapons on some of the figures we've seen since they are detachable.
Oh well, I was trying to avoid too many figures from this line anyway due to budget constraints so this may be a good thing for me. Although I am still interested to see what the Ferrari toy will look like.

That looks like plasti-ass on a stick. Covered in vomit. WTF? It looks like a robot hero toy in bot mode and the truck mode has half-assed paint apps and ...solar panels?
And is that...Ironhide's cannon?? What happened, did he contract robo-elephantitis? It's the entire size of him in alt mode.
Aside from Megatron, who I also think suffers from terrible lack of paint apps, nothing I've seen from this line is even remotely interesting to me or on par with what we've been getting in the last three years. Ugh.

This does not look very good. Unless he has some combination with his trailer, this would be a huge step back from even the first movie's voyager Prime, which does lead me to believe that he will have some sort of combination.

It actually looks pretty close to the CGI Model - a lankier slender prime.
I'm sure kids will enjoy the less complex nature of the new movie toys.

My movie 1 voyager Prime is starting to look good again. The DOTM line may be what brings the wallet back to life.
