There's a switch on the front, meaning you have the option to roll the truck freely or to transform it. Pretty cool.

I'm seriosuly considering getting this guy if he goes on clearence. That axe... so... much... sexy-weapon-ness.... and of course, it's Prime. He rocks. The vehicle mode is the most accurate one out of all the Optimus toys and he just looks kinda cool.
