Arg...gonna have a hard time deciding on Tigatron at that price. Dinobot I can justify because he is top tier all time TF for me and even at 150 for BlackArachnia, while high price for her size etc, she's in that form for most of BW. Maybe like the last 5 episodes she is Transmetal?! Crossing the Rubicon I think was close to end of S3.
Tigatron doesn't make it past season 1 so at 300.00...I dunno. I would buy a Tigatron/Airrazor 2 pack for 300.00.

Considering that they're working on a Beast Wars movie I think it's pretty likely that we're going to get new versions of most of those characters as main-line toys before long. Even if the actual movie designs end up being hideous, Bay-esque monstrosities, it'll probably kindle enough interest to have some more Beast characters in the Generations lines. If you just want the characters I'd say you should wait a bit.
