Re: DOTM figures for non-Bayverse-fans

not a damn single one. not even Wheeljack if they make him. all my money this round is going to go to Matermind Creations for the HOS Shockwave, and InsectTranin. TFC- Reflector, and WW2 era PCC limbs, and Junkion Blacksmith for the blaster, megatron, and ultra magnus heads.

Re: DOTM figures for non-Bayverse-fans

The only one that I am considering at the moment is Powerglide...even then I have to actually have him in hand to decide that.

I am totally UNIMPRESSED with these tiny deluxe, voyager DOTM figures. I saw them at Sears and they look even smaller than ROTF...those stupid gimmick weapons are supposed to make up for the micronized classes. The are even repainting ROTF figures and have given them craptech holes, like that makes em better, lol. I didn't buy them as ROTF and I am sure as hell not buying them as DOTM.

I dont like the movies much but i plan on buying all the new guys in the movie, Megatron, maybe one of the Ironhide, The New powerglide.....

I don't know, but i gurantee i'l probably be at the end of the year going why did i buy this much crap.

I'm complicated to explain but I tend to buy most of the on screen figures.

The 2 leader figures, S. Prime and Ironhide look cool, but I think I will be more interested in TF:Prime figures.

Leader class Prime and Megatron... may be Shockwave as well but that's it.

Same here!

We might be pleasantly surprised with later releases in the DOTM line...once they get the Bayverse over with they might trend to more traditional figures...using ROTF as an example:

-Breacher
-Bludgeon
-Seaspray

And I'm sure others can build on this list...

im liking most of the dotm stuff so far to be honest...except the skids and mudflap..othe rthan that i might be gettin most of it...and the fact that theres another bb mold is kinda neat instead of just reusing the old ones

Re: DOTM figures for non-Bayverse-fans

skyhammer looks like a bayverse done right but i doubt that anything will pass for classics...seaspray, tomahawk, terradive, breacher, hubcap and so on seem more of a movie/classics crossover
