The best I could do with all the parts provided plus maybe 6 parts from the Starscream set.

Some revisions to improve the car mode: flaps on the sides and I moved some yellow blocks from the upper arms to the hood. Plus the new transformation suggested by Split Lip.

All things considered, I think I prefer the blocks on the arms...
