Did any Onyx Members recently make a purchase at Gamestop and instead of receiving their 15% off merchandise they got 10% ? I picked up my Concept Art Leader Megatron and noticed I got 10% off instead of the 15% off I earned and usually get. Just wondering...

I checked, my card doesn't expire until mid May and even weirder is I made an online purchase this week too and got my 15% off that purchase. I e-mailed them so hopefully I find out why or I'll just ask in store.

I?ve had that issue since September when my membership was up for renewal. It?s an issue on their end, not recognizing I have enough points to renew Onyx. When I brought it to their attention, they contacted their head office, but did nothing to fix it. Now when I do store pickup, they manually adjust the discount to give the 15%. Annoying, but it may not matter soon when they introduce their new Edge program.

My plat discount apparently expired in Oct/Nov

They are still giving me “gold” discount of 5%, which is better than a kick in the face, but can’t help but feel like all this does is negate their markup?

Store rep said on Friday, still no word on what the new thing replacing edge, is gonna be

At 5% discount you may as well order from out of province stores so you don't pay PST, same difference in most places.

Gamestop.ca hasn't even released them yet so don't expect them to be in store till online preorders start shipping out.

Wheel jack has been released so they should be on the way to stores already.
