Re: it feels weird not wanting anything on the pegs....

There's been just about a wave a month coming out this fall...and there's what, 3 main lines and 2-3 sublines out right now? There's more TF product coming out NOW than there ever has been in the history of the brand. An absence of things YOU want does not a drought make.

Well truth be told, I have looked at the new PCC 5-packs multiple times, just to say 'Maybe next time'.

Part of the "draught" comes from the number of repaints we've had recently. Even though there's been roughly a wave a month, most of the waves have had one, maybe two non-repaints. Compare that to a few months ago when waves of new molds were coming out frequently.

Tell me about it, this time last year the stores were a graveyard of shelfwarmers right up until the new year. I think between November 2009 - March 2010 I only went to the stores twice to grab figures.

It's normal for this time of year, but it really can get frustrating from time to time.

As of today there is nothing I want on the shelves. Just grabbed Dirge and Blurr. Now the wait begins for wave 5, of which I only want 1, WFC Cliffjumper.

I went through this from Beast Machines until Classics hit the pegs.

I picked up very few Transformers from 1999 until 2006.
