As for stands, ask Johnny at Metropolis comics. I got a bag of figure stands from him a while ago and I know jjwankenobi got some from him recently as well.

Thanx for the suggestion.
Unfortunately, the IKEA glass cases are not perfectly sealed. Dust can enter from cracks on the edges. I do not want dust to enter since I am tired of dusting.

Re: The Vancouver Toy Pool
Unless you are buying hermetically sealed, museum-grade cases, a little dust will ALWAYS get into a case, Ikea or no...

i don't need them anymore, so let me know if anyone's interested. i bought it for $65 each since shipping for these were quite pricey. you can add item to the cart and get an estimate on the shipping quote.

i like the small rectangular black ones. does he carry the round clear ones? the pegs fit the feet of the 80s 3.75" figures? i read that the new stands only fit the 25th anni ones.
good to see there are some joe collectors too! i loved that comic crossover w/ g1 + joes. i'm missing one issue of that comic dammit!

Unfortunately, you are probably right.
However, I will continue with my endless quest for the perfect sealed glass cabinet!

My friend may need one. Can you hold it for me so that I can confirm with him?
