xbox360 price drop (Canada)

the premium is 399.99 (includes forza 2)
elite is 499.99

Also, does Xbox 360 games uses HD-DVD or regular DVD or some where in between?

The 360 uses 9 Gig Dvds...... there's an HD-DVD add on for it though.

Don't necessarily count on BB selling at the same price. I've had to price match between the stores a few times. In one instance FS actually told me that the BB shouldn't have even price matched with FS, but it was too late for them to do anything at that point about it.

Nightbeat is right about the HD dvd being an add on drive (200$), but there is also rumor that they may eventually make a blu-ray add on drive for the 360

Don't count on FS/BB to have the Falcon based (w/ the 65nm processors) Premium available soon! They have to get rid of their current stock first before receiving the new Premium. Even the latest batch of Elites they have are still not Falcon based consoles (but some do have the new heat sink on the GPU).
