WTB : Marvel Comics 1-80 and extras

Hey guys...Like the title says, I'm looking to grab a complete collection of the Marvel G1 comics(#1-80 and the GiJoe Crossover 1-4 and Headmasters 1-4).

They don't have to be pristine, as i am not a comic collector, however I would them to be complete and not overly damaged, as I want to actually read them.

I've seen crazy prices on ebay, but as i said, I'm not a comic collector and not looking for pristine quality. If anyone out there is interested in selling, even just a few here and there, it would be greatly appreciated.

I have the whole collection as I bought each issue as a kid (started when I was 7). I have the whole series, Headmasters, GI Joe, ReGeneration 1... all of it. But alas, I will not sell. I would sell every other comic I have, but these are for my kids... to one day sell (I'm a realist).

However, if it's just the story you're after, I would recommend picking up the Classics books volume 1 - 8 as they have everything you're looking for in a neat and tidy collection. I bought them all myself as they're much easier to read at a go than the individual issues. Though I do understand the desire for the singles... at one point, I had every single issue on my wall. It looked GLORIOUS. I'll have to find a pic and post in here one day.

If you decide you want singles, one of the dudes or dudettes on the CGC forum might be able to hook you up if you post in the "want to buy" thread. You'll get a fair deal that way too. Most of them are VERY good people. (And contrary to the forum host, they don't only collect graded comics. You should find "raw" issues no problem if someone has 'em all.)
